Want to join us for a coffee cupping?

A coffee cupping is an industry standard for critiquing coffees. Yes, it is a coffee tasting, but in a very specific manner to avoid bias and human error. 

In our one hour workshop we will guide you through the cupping process and explain its relevance, when it is used, and how you can do it at home. We will cup several coffees we are currently roasting.

However, we will explore much more than just the cupping. We will discuss what exactly is specialty coffee, how it's roasted different. We will discuss the different processes of coffee and how they affect the flavour. We will explain what things to look for when choosing a coffee to purchase of home or your cafe and how to build your own personal data base of the coffees you like. 

Join us for this workshop hosted by our head barista Mykola. He will give you the tools you need to have confidence picking your next bag of delicious coffee.

Please do not wear any perfume or cologne for this workshop.
